Creating an online account

Once you have set up an account by ordering a product, your account details will be kept securely on our system if you have chosen for us to do so. All you need to do is visit the ‘Log in/Register’ menu, and then log in by entering your email address and password.

When you sign into your ‘My Account’ page, you can edit or delete saved billing and delivery addresses and you can change options and preferences.

Forgotten/Lost password

If you have forgotten the password to your account, go to the ‘Log In/Register’ page using the link at the top of the page. Click on the ‘Lost your password?’ link. Now enter your email address and click ‘Continue’. You will be sent an email message containing your new password. Once you have logged in with the new password, you will be able to visit ‘My Account’ and set your password to something more memorable.
